Hey everyone! how has your week been? Hope it has been good! My week was nice! Monday we had dinner with the T's after p-day was over.. I shared grandma's poem with them. They enjoyed it. Then we went and saw Marc. (V's bf) we taught him a little about the Plan of Salvation. He is coping well with everything.

Tuesday we had a nice district meeting we just made goals as a district for this transfer. We are doing a "Sisters against Elders" OYM (contacting) competition. Let's see who will win.. probably them. They got over 50 last week. haha.. My awesome companion taught about our purpose. She did a great job! After a nice meeting we went and tried to contact a referral. I am pretty sure she just doesn't want to see us... her car has been there every time.. who knows? We then went and saw the R's. They are so awesome! They really make us laugh every time we go over there. He was telling us about the other day when his son was drinking.  Afterwards we went contacting! I feel like I haven't been actual contacting in forever!! I love it.. We had dinner with the F. family, we did a Faith Rocket.. the first one didn't work.... #extraawkward.. #catchingmembershomesonfireoneatatime.. Then we had correlation meeting because our ward mission leader couldn't do it on Thursday.. we then chatted with some members for a little bit afterwards.

Wed.. We worked at the thrift store. Oh, the body.... I found out more... it isn't as cool as my last story. Maybe we can just stick to it.... haha a man actually just had a heart attack in the bushes.. How lame is that? Sad.  Then went to see J. She wasn't home so we planned for movie night. We picked movies to show. Since it was Sister Kirton's and my turn to do it. This week it was on Repentance. That really has been a big focus for this week.. That and the Atonement.. Wonder Why? I am really looking forward to Easter and General Conference. I cant wait to hear what our prophet and everyone has to say! I can't believe that this will be my second conference on the mission. And the first one was really not that long ago.. but anyway we then had a nice dinner with the D's; Then we went and had a lesson with M. She is getting baptized on Tuesday! We are so excited for her! We just planned her baptism and went over the interview questions with her. We then went and made the programs for he baptism.

Thursday was weekly planning, we got most of it done.. not comp inventory.. but we did that throughout the week. :) We were able to see J. That was good.  We then had dinner with Sister R. She took us to the Thia Hut. We have been there a few times, it is really good,so I don't mind. We then went to M's baptism interview. Elder Burnett (our district leader) had us sit in on her interview. It was cool to see how he does those. She is super shy, I am pretty sure that is why he has us go in. but She passed!

Friday we saw Sister W's. Then we had a really fun district service activity. We raked this ladies lawn which was pretty big. It was a really fun way to build our district unity. We have a really great district! We call ourselves the NavarreBreeze.  We played with pinecones..  after a few hours of service there we all left. While we were driving the Elders texted us and say "Hey we found a tick, check yourselves." That made us cringe a little. haha We then had a nice dinner with Sister K. ,Sister P. and miss E. J.  They came to movie night after that was really great! We watched videos on Repentance.

Saturday we did some service at the thrift store. Then we had a quick lunch then headed to a baptism.. So funny thing.. haha Sister Kirton and I were saying the prayers.. I had opening.... or so I thought.. They had Sister Cooper's name down.. I was like "Are you kidding me? I have been here for almost 8 months and this is what I get? You call me Sister Cooper." hahaha I just went up and prayed anyway but I mean really Sister Cooper was here for about 2 months and I am here for almost 8, it was actually pretty funny. Ward members now call me Sister Cooper to tease me.. haha the lady who made the programs after I prayed realized what she did and was apologizing a ton. :) Oh and the water at the baptism was GROSS!~ lets hope it doesn't look like that tomorrow at our baptism. It was like a brownish green. He had to get dunked twice because his foot came up. After the baptism we went contacting. We contacted this one guy, we found out he was actually a member who hasn't been to church in about 40 years. We then realized he is actually on the roster, so that was pretty neat. He said he may be calling us to help him out with his Family History. Then we went to the C's house. We rode with her down to Pensacola to the stake center for he General Women's Broadcast. It was really good! It's not the same without all the sisters and mom. But it was really nice. We had dinner and I got to see Sister Bracey. :D I really liked how it was all on the Family. Families are so important!

Sunday, Sunday was great! V. came to church!! She just randomly showed up! Her, A. and E. A. was apparently like "Hey we are going to church tomorrow." (He is a less active) He went less active about 10 years ago.. He is about 28 years old. But they just showed up! We were so excited. We think they enjoyed it. They wanted to stay for all three hours but she got a really bad headache.. :( but they stayed for the first two hours. That really was, I think the highlight of my week. :) We had a nice dinner with the L's. We then went and saw a less active couple. That was nice. :)

So today we played "Hunger Games Dodge Ball" That was really fun! Again, We have a great district. anyways, well I love y'all and hope y'all have a wonderful Easter and enjoy conference.

Hey Y'all!

How has your week been? I hope it has been good. It's spring break and the town in hopping.'

So Monday we had a good day, we did our fun p-day stuff. We got a text about how our investigator S. is most likely in a rehab place, we haven't really heard much more on that. But we are praying for him and hope he can get the help he needs.

Tuesday we had a good district meeting we learned about self mastery.  We also learned about using scriptures.  We played a game where we had to find a scripture for points of the restoration in 30 seconds and we couldn't use PMG! It really just showed how much I really need to learn! We then went to Publix and got tea bags to do some faith rockets. At first we ended up buying the wrong ones but we then went and found the right ones. Then we taught B. a lesson about the Plan of Salvation and about the Word of Wisdom.  We then had dinner :)

Wednesday was service day at the thrift store, that was good as usual. Then we picked out some bible videos to show at movie night for Friday. We then had a dinner with the K's. They are a awesome family as well. Then we taught a lesson to a part member family. We did a Restoration recap and then did a faith rocket as well. We had some crazy Fog! It was so hard to see while I was driving, it was pretty exciting!

Thursday we did weekly planning, all of our appointments fell though, even our correlation meeting. We then had a dinner with a awesome family. We forgot to tell her about Sister K food allergies and she cooked the chicken in salsa that had citric acid in it and she is allergic to that so that was interesting the member found something else for her to eat.

Friday was my 7 month mark! Can you believe it, it doesn't like a month ago I had my 6 month mark! Crazy huh!  Anyway, we saw the usual crowd. We then went and did some tracting. That was fun. We only had one lady who was rude to us. She was like "I DONT WANT IT"  anyways we didn't let her ruin our day. Then we had a southern meal,  country fried stake and potatoes and some southern pie. I cant remember what it was called. We had movie night only 2 people showed up this time a member and a non member. We are glad the non member came. We watched videos on the Resurrection and the Apostles. It was pretty good. :)

Saturday was a  long interesting day.  We did some service then we lost track of time and ended up thinking dinner was a 5:30 and it was actually at 5. They texted and were like are you alright it was interesting but they were understanding and super friendly about it.  These people we ate at have pet squirrels, how cool is that? They were so cute! After that we had a nice time at volleyball.

Sunday we had a homecoming talk from the stake presidents daughter. She just got back from Panama City Panama Mission. We got to see an investigator and a less active. We then did some contacting! We then went to a goodbye party for a family in the ward. That was nice.

Today was good. We went to Walmart and the lady behind us paid for all of our stuff! That was so sweet of her! Well, family and friends, I love you and hope you all have a great week! Keep smiling and stay happy.. oh and make good choices. Never give up! You are amazing just the way you are....

Hey everyone!

 This week has been pretty interesting. Monday we had some really great lessons. We got to visit with this less active who was getting open heart surgery. She is only 29 years old, as we visited with her she asked if after her surgery we could come a re-teach her the lessons. We are super excited about that. She was able to receive a priesthood blessing. That was really neat!

We then went and saw another less active. We watched some Mormon Messages with her. She bought a ton of treats. It was really fun!  Then we spent the rest of the night packing Sister Bracey's stuff.

Tuesday we headed to Pensacola. We had Zone Training. That was really great, we talked about having charity and being BOLD! It was really well said. We then had a zone activity, but I couldn't stay because Sister K, Sister P and I had to drive to Fort Walton to drop Sister P. off with her new companions. That was about a hour and a half drive. ..... we used 99.9 miles that day thank goodness they gave them back to us.

When we got home it was about 6 o'clock at night. Sister K. unpacked.

On Wed.  We worked at the thrift store. We had a great lesson with J.. She is progressing so well.. We the tried to see the R. but they were not home. We then had some rain.. all day. We had a lesson with these two young girls who their dad is a member but they aren't. That went good. We got to know them a little bit. They don't talk at all.

Thursday we had a member give us a lot of food. She gave us bread and fish, that was really nice of her. We then went to Fort Walton for an appt. Sister C. then took us out to dinner. We also had a nice service activity with J. It was her daughter's birthday, so we helped to get things ready for her party, the things we do as missionaries. The ward mission leader found out we were trying to set him up with someone in Destin..... that was super funny. I tried to deny everything but I couldn't it was all Sister Bracey's doing anyways, hahaha...

Friday we did a little family history. We are trying to understand how to use it more. Then we had a lesson and lunch with Sister Y. Then we went to help L. with her family history. That was nice, we found some really cool stuff last week and are now trying to find more on another line.

Then we saw the R. They made us food, they are so funny! haha... I hope y'all enjoyed the voice recordings... if you didn't get them ask my mom.

We then went and packed for our exchange then we had dinner with Sister C. She took us out to eat at this Italian place. That was good., then we went to movie night. Sister N. came her for exchanges.

Saturday we were on exchanges and we did some service at the thrift store.. Then we had a lesson with our new investigator S. That was a bit weird of a lesson, but he is super excited about the gospel.... SUPER excited! Then we saw some less actives. After the L.'s took us out to lunch to New York Pizza. Then we did some contacting. We tracted one house and got a new investigator out of it.  This guy we talked to wasn't interested but he said that he never sees his neighbor go to church..  so we were like okay maybe we will go knock at his door. There was a big fence around it so Sister Nelson was like. "I don't like fences" well, I don't like them either but I was like..... mmm what the heck.. YOMO (your only a missionary once) so we went and knocked, no one answered but we knocked again for salvation and this older guy came to the door, he invited us in right off the bat, but we couldn't go in because there wasn't a female there, so he came outside and we talked for a while, we taught the Restoration and gave him a Book of Mormon and also set up a return appointment. That was a really neat YOMO experience.  Then we went to our ward blue and gold scout dinner... A member invited us to come eat dinner with them there, which was nice. We then played volleyball and exchanged back.

Sunday we had 3 investigators come to church! B. his son and S. That was good they came..... After church we did studies and then we finished weekly planning. We had dinner with the L's.  I don't know what else went on this week.. but it was all good. I love y'all and hope you have a great week! I love you!

Hey Y'all,

I cant believe that it is transfer time again. But you better believe that I am staying in Navarre for yet another transfer! I really am so blessed to be serving her in this great ward and area.

So, this week was interesting and felt pretty long. On Monday, Which feels like forever ago. We did our usual P-day stuff. We then saw V. and A. That was really great!

Tuesday was good. We had a good District meeting our zone leaders came. They did a little training on planning.  Elder Christensen taught on humility, that was really good as well and Elder Burnett taught about Finding. That was also really good. We then had an AWESOME district activity. NERF WAR!! it was so much fun as always! I love our district. We then had a lunch with a less active  my companion ate food that she is allergic to, her tongue swelled up, poor girl. We then met again with V. :)  That was really fun! :)

On Wed.  we worked at the thrift store. There was a huge Helicopter crash about 2 miles from our apt. I am sure you all heard about it. It was really sad.

We saw our less active V. it was a good visit.  We didn't know that would be our last visit with her. We got a call this morning and found out she passed away. :( it has been hard today....so moving away from the really sad news.

Then we had dinner with E.J and Sister P .  It was a nice dinner, steak, taters, salad, it was good. We then saw the C's! They are doing good.

Thursday we did our weekly planning then went to a Relief Society dinner.

Friday was just one of those days.. a few people never got back with us or else people cancelled their appointments. We went to this new Japanese place here in Navarre.  It took forever because it was so busy. It took us about an hour and a half to get our food. So we had to get it to go because we had movie night.  We had one non member come a lady the Elders are teaching she is getting baptized.

Saturday we saw E. We then went to "All American Hero's." yummy :) We then did service at the thrift store. We played basketball man that was so fun!!  I haven't played in forever, people didn't know that I kind of knew how to play so they were kind of shocked, they were like "Where is this coming from?"  I was pretty gross after though. 

Sunday we had 1 gator to church.  We had dinner with the L's. That was really nice. Then  we waited for transfer calls. :) Happy to be staying in Navarre again! :) well this is about all that happened this week. I love y'all. Stay happy!  Keep the faith and remember who you are!
